At Nutmeg Building & Remodeling, LLC, we understand the importance of customer service, loyalty, technical expertise and timeliness. 

A full-service company, we love to work with a variety of clients and do a variety of projects, ranging anywhere from items on the “honey do” list to a whole house remodel. We also do light commercial remodeling. We welcome people who wish to do some of the work, or simply have us do it all for them. You decide your level of involvement; we will work with you.

Owner, Denise M. Nott, brings a unique combination of integrity and professional experience to each job, large or small.

Denise takes the time to develop a rapport, listen to your concerns and ask the questions that you may not think to ask. Our contracts always include a start and finish date, and all questions are answered, before any work begins.

We work for the budget conscious client wanting to remodel their property with a quality, integrity driven company with projects valued from $5,000- $400,000 and up.

We contracted Nutmeg Building & Remodeling, LLC, for some remodeling work in our home in Old Lyme.  The scope of work included upgrading kitchen appliances and adding a double oven, which we did not previously have. Because our home was only four years old, it was critical that this work be done to match the current cabinetry in the kitchen as much as possible and use the existing granite. It was a challenge, but Nutmeg Building & Remodeling, LLC, helped us with design and layout and how to best utilize the space we had. We also upgraded two existing bathrooms to include a significant amount of new stone work, design and installation of new bathtubs, showers, and cabinetry.  The results are phenomenal.
